Send an RFQ with product, volume, destination port and target Incoterm. We confirm feasibility within 24h, share a firm offer with specs and payment terms, sign the sales contract, and execute shipment with neutral inspection.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Letter of Credit (sight or usance), Escrow accounts, CAD (Cash Against Documents) and T/T for established relationships. All settlements run through tier-1 banks.

What Incoterms do you work with?

FOB, CIF, CFR, DAP, FCA and EXW. We adapt the structure to your logistics setup and customs broker.

Can I appoint my own inspection company?

Accepted Answer

Yes. SGS, Bureau Veritas, Cotecna and Intertek are routinely used at loading. Buyer-nominated inspections are welcome.

Question 5

What documents are provided with each shipment?

Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary or SIF certificate (depending on product), Certificate of Analysis and Insurance Policy when applicable.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product — typically a 20'/40' container for specialty goods (sesame, beans, nuts) and full vessel parcels for grains and minerals. See each product page for specifics.

How long until first shipment?

From signed contract and confirmed payment instrument: 15–30 days for containerized cargo, 30–45 days for bulk depending on origin and port window.

Do you supply samples?

Yes, pre-shipment samples are available against courier costs. For some products we can ship counter-samples after contract signature.
